How would have handled – Ruined 50 min Screaming Child Tour?
I took a tour that was limited to 8 people in a golf cart. Was a close view of animals at the Wild Animal Park and lasted 50 minutes. What should have been fun was 50 minutes of torture. Why? What looked like a angelic cute 3 years old before the tour became a beast cry once on the golf cart. For most of the 50 minutes he shouted, screamed, hit the back of my seat trying to escape her mother's grasp and run and play. None of us could hear the tour guide. Others were givng her mother is death, and finally slapped the boy in the leg and the nonsense stopped. I will admit that he offered to drop her and the baby in the lion enclosure. Dar aspect of death and the joke, to comment on the lion enclosure were not effective. The guide is not going to do anything about it. What course of action you suggest?
Several years ago, I had this problem in a store, the child was screaming and running, possibly compromised, and indeed bothering the rest of us. The mother was unconscious. I went to the parents and asked, "Do we have a problem here? Can I do anything to help?" I have never used the technique have had to go beyond the second sentence. If parents respond, explain that he was interrupting and you wanted to know if I could do something to help. If they say otherwise, returns with "Can you keep quiet please?" Try this next time. Draws the attention of all to the problem, but in the least threatening as possible. (After all, is a major problem for all of you.) Some parents are simply not up to the formation of their children. Yesterday when I came home, to 3 years. old ran into the street. I had been watching him with his mother running around and not do anything to stop it. I was going about 15 mph, if I had gone the limit speed of 30 kilometers per hour, I should have beaten. He ran between 2 cars in my way. I turned around and told his mother what had happened and asked her to keep off street. "He asked, confused," Why do not you see? " I explained that I was invisible to me when I went from 2 cars (parking angle). She said something soft for him. I did not make any impression on her. It made me feel better, because if it happens again (1 / 2 block behind my house), no I'll blame. Perhaps treating the words I used. One could make an impression and I could not. I regret his trip was cut short, yes, you are entitled to ask any compensation that would make you happy. Must have been the site of the guide to keep the peace. Clearly she was not equipped to do so. Perhaps his intercession will Zoo is a procedure for this will not happen in future trips. So, certainly would have done something useful. This time, if he said something after 5 minutes this probably would have given a standing ovation (if you could be in the golf cart!) I wish I could have had this tour less than 3 years. old. All of you have a right to peace, but the child also needs discipline. Please do not hesitate the next time. You would have been the hero, no doubt, now you are trying to do something about this in the future. I hope I said something that helped.
