How old do I have to be to drive a golf cart in a neighborhood?

I’m not looking to go drive around highways or busy streets, just the ones in my neighborhood or community. I’m 13, and I think you have to be 14 or 16? I’m not sure. I’ve seen some young kids driving them around, but I dont really know

if it isn’t street legal, nobody can drive it on the street..
